At last Microsoft announced that its acquisition of Nokia's Devices division will close this Friday, April 25.
the $7.1 billion purchase was delayed pending regulatory approval.

even some of Nokia staffs will now work at Microsoft but Nokia will still stay in south Korea and wont move down to Microsoft
a leaked Nokia’s letter to its existing Devices and Services business suppliers base reveals,it also revealed that that current terms and conditions that they have with the Devices and Services business will not change for the suppliers
